LEGO reveals new 1,130-piece Technic Mars Rover Perseverance set coming in August

Update: LEGO has officially revealed the new Mars Rover set, confirming it’ll launch on August 1 for $99.99.

After getting a first look at the new LEGO Dreamzzz sets this morning, we’re now turning our attention to the Technic side of LEGO’s summer lineup. Arriving later this year in August, a pair of creations will be hitting the scene this summer. Thanks to German retailer JB Spielwaren, we’re getting a first look at the new LEGO Technic Mars Rover Perseverance and John Deere Skidder sets.

Today, The LEGO Group is expanding its collection of out-of-this-world creations with a new NASA-inspired model. Today LEGO is announcing that it will be relaunching two of the more popular fan-inspired Ideas creations from the past several years.
